I'm Jim Mattice, the Team Leader of the SureHome Real Estate Team at EXP Realty. I'm a native of Portland, Ontario, about an hour from Ottawa. Before my time in Real Estate, I spent much of my career as an advisor to small businesses throughout Eastern Ontario. This has served me well in helping people who wish to find homes throughout Ottawa and the surrounding areas.

'm Dave Loney, a Partner of the Sure Home Real Estate Team at EXP Realty Brokerage. Having been in sales since the age of 16, I have learned that my passion lies in helping my clients achieve fulfillment and happiness. Having sold everything from pet supplies to advertising to boats and yachts the common link has been to help new found friends to achieve their goals. I now focus my attention to helping my new friends (not clients) find properties to do the same. I reside on the outskirts of Ottawa with my wife Agi and our three awesome boys Lucius (12), Phoenix (10), and Maverick (4) along with our dog Decimus (4). When I'm not at work, my days are spent with family and friends spending time outdoors by a campfire or relaxing in a boat on the water.

I studied Building Technology (Architecture Design) and graduated from Université de Montréal in 1985. I started a contracting company specialized in large custom-made homes and large palaces; my last project was a 55,000 square foot palace. This unique experience set me apart from all my competitors, I sold my company, and I was hired in one of the largest real estate companies in Saudi Arabia as a Leasing Manager, I handled 3 shopping centres with more than 1200 shops and tenants. More than 600 brands, (400 shops, recreation facilities, playground, and food court) in each mall.
I travel frequently to keep myself up to date, attending exhibitions and international shows. My business background has ingrained in me the habit of developing a deep viability study for every project to make sure that the project has all the successful elements from all aspects.
